Mary Chen is a Senior Associate at Lime Rock New Energy, which she first joined in 2025 as a Summer Associate through the Impact Capital Managers Mosaic Fellowship. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Mary was an associate at Bain Capital Double Impact, where she evaluated and supported impact investments in the healthcare and climate & sustainability sectors. Previously, she was at Bain & Company, where she conducted private equity due diligence and worked on a variety of strategy projects, including within the utility sector. Mary is a graduate of Harvard Business School (M.B.A.) and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School (B.B.A.).
