Anu Mehta joined Lime Rock in 2012 as a Vice President and is now a Managing Director and the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He plays a lead role in the legal aspects of Lime Rock’s global fund management, portfolio company negotiation and structure, and regulatory compliance efforts. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Anu worked at Vinson & Elkins LLP, King & Spalding LLP, and Latham & Watkins LLP where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund formation, and general corporate and transactional matters. Anu is a graduate of Stanford University (A.B.) and Harvard Law School (J.D.).
