SAND CITY, Calif., May 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — GroundWork Renewables, Inc. the leading provider of high-quality meteorological (MET) data and ISO-accredited PV lab testing for utility-scale solar, proudly announces the appointment of Skip Dise as its Vice President of Product Management.

With a career spanning more than 15 years in clean energy innovation, product development, and data strategy, Dise brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business leadership to GroundWork’s executive team. He will be responsible for building and leading the company’s product group, aligning offerings with customer needs, and accelerating growth across its technology-enabled services, IoT devices, and data products.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Skip to GroundWork,” said Ann Will, Chief Executive Officer of GroundWork. “His track record in delivering data-driven solutions at scale—combined with his deep understanding of the solar industry—makes him the ideal person to shape our next generation of products. GroundWork is in a critical moment of transformation and growth, and Skip’s leadership will ensure we achieve our vision.”

Dise has led product teams through major evolutions in the energy space, most recently directing product development at AES Corporation, where he helped drive innovations in utility-scale solar and battery storage and transportation electrification. His previous leadership roles at Clean Power Research have consistently resulted in industry-first software tools, enterprise licensing strategies, and high-margin revenue growth.

At GroundWork, Dise will work with the team to develop product strategies that address the most pressing challenges of utility-scale solar owner/operators. His efforts will focus on creating outsized value through actionable data, innovative technology, and excellent client experiences.

“GroundWork has long been the trusted source for solar data and insights, and that’s never been more important as the industry scales and complexity increases,” said Skip Dise. “I’m excited to join a company with such a strong foundation, and I look forward to helping our clients unlock even greater performance and return on their assets.”

Dise’s appointment comes as GroundWork continues to expand its role in supporting the lifecycle of solar projects from pre-construction modeling to operational optimization with the highest quality datasets in the industry.
